Paris' crew Pompelope releases its first compilation the 16th of April : Foule Contact is about freeing ourselves from barriers and finding ourselves together, through music in its more profound way. Going from the virtual world to real-life and connect all together in each and every one of those tracks. Foule Contact is the idea that the current atmosphere won’t last forever, and that we already expect our reunion, cradled with tenderness and all the energy accumulated over the last few months.

This compilation is about 15 eclectic and danceable tracks. Gathering a broad spectrum of genres, from House to Italo-Disco, Afro cosmic or Leftfield.

The Milan-based duo Eternal Love, delivers a great edit of a track unearthed from a 1987 slasher movie. As a result, a Hi-NRG catching anthem with a heady chorus.

Mainly known for their unforgettable work on Black Sun’s self-titled epic track, Atlantis’ Cuttlefish & Asparagus deliver an A side that couldn’t work any hip harder. With a sound spectrum wider than the panama canal Hang On In There is guaranteed to turn any straight cut jeans into glossy orange bell bottoms and any mirror into a disco ball. 

On the B side Cuttlefish & Asparagus work out one of the most essential soul joints that always made you wonder why songs couldn’t play forever. Meticulously edited without changing the filth of the unique bassline, Loving You is a wild stomper made to immediately fill or blast any imaginable dance floor. 

And to adequatly close this drop, Drum Song transports the deep spirit of the crew behind KALAKUTA SOUL RECORDS who’s always after music they love to dance their asses off to. A Tropical bliss.

We come together once again to showcase Aterral's growth over the last year with an undeniably hard-hitting compilation. Our fourth anniversary VA is special, as it brings forth some of our most recent family members and puts them aside older ones.

As part of CUATRO we bring you Black Loops with 'Balance & Harmony', an elegant blend of eclectic sounds and a jerky guitar wah. Carlo & Baloo follow with 'Best Maldito', a track bursting with an infectious rhythm. Intr0beatz’s 'Where The Party At' delves into ambient depth with rippling synths. Marina Trench delivers 'Because We', featuring a playful piano melody and upbeat energy that pushes boundaries with its lively touch.

Caleb Jackson’s 'The Partylife' fuses high energy, gospel influences, and an acidic bassline. Tatie Dee & Ams contribute 'Underwater', a futuristic, bubbly piece with progressive elements. Emanuele Barilli’s 'Midnight Forty' takes us back to the 90s with a trance-infused, breakbeat house sound that resonates with nostalgia. 'Summer Ending' by Horsemen brings a jazz-swing groove paired with a deep, thumping bassline, perfectly capturing the wistful end-of-summer mood. Airplane Mood & Tali Freeman’s 'Trust' offers a soulful, mystical finale with Khadija as a vocalist, to close off our compilation.
