Congas Atlas is an Electronica unit with a psychedelic twist formed by French Psy-trance pioneer Gabriel Masurel (Blue Planet Corporation) and Japanese producer Supercozi (of Zen Lemonade). The two veterans joined together to create their own cinematic soundscape world made with downtempo grooves, yet the tunes on this debut EP are a mesmerizing invitation for slow dancing bliss.
Gabriel and Cozi have both always shared a common love of Exotica, a musical genre most popular in the 1950’s across the globe, which offered people an opportunity   to travel to far away distant places, yet still remain safely in their cocoons. Martin Denny & Les Baxter were two such musicians from this era among the most renowned proponents of this musical style.

Basslines move low and steady, rhythms remain restrained, and echoes linger like memory itself.

Set against reggae, dub, and deeper cultural memory, the piece carries quiet resistance rather than open conflict.
No battles are shown — only presence, endurance, and the strength of standing.
The song leans into stillness, allowing reflection to replace anger and remembrance to replace noise.
