This track's journey started three years ago when my man Rishi sent me a small arp and chord progression, we legit had no clue on how to go about convolving both our sonics. We stumbled across this crazy instrument called the Bawu which was mangled to the edge to create the distinctive melody. We initially thought we would just have one drop in the song, but a year later, we met in Mumbai and sat on it together to create an alternate futuristic part which explains why we named it 'Flynn'. Flynn is a direct reference to the character in the movie 'Tron : Legacy', it had a such impact on how we shaped the track together. I know its been a long time in making this track, but the timelessness will prevail.

Hello there ,
Its been almost 2.5 years since i dropped a track of my own.Was moving through so many genres , i sorta got lost as to what i am as a musician.
But i kept experimenting with a lot of sounds through the course.
Dragonfly Pursuit is one out of the many experiments which i am gonna keep dropping as soundtracks.

Around March 2018,I made this beat where everything was off grid, nothing was falling on time according to the bpm, but it was still making sense as a whole.
Back then, the only 2 rappers i know were Tre Ess and Tienas, so i asked them if they were down to work on the track.
Although Tre Ess finished writing on it by July, Tienas added his touch to the track by Dec 2018.
The track was fully done by May last year.
But it went through a lot of changes w.r.t to the release, I was just graduating but was just waiting it out.
But nonetheless, its here now in its purest form.
I hope yall enjoy it as much i did making it.
