So it recently dawned on me that this year marks 10 years since I had my first support gig at Ambar back in 2006 playing before Dopamine – 10 bloody years!!
Since then music has taken me all over Australia and overseas and allowed me to connect with people all over the world that would have never been possible had it not been for our mutual interest in music.
So I think it’s about time I did a mix paying tribute to that awesome time in my life – the gigs/parties/after parties/boat parties and festivals.
Flashing back to 2004 – 2006 I couldn’t get away without paying respect to Kid Kenobi who single handedly got me and most of the people I know into Djing at the time. 
I learnt to mix by listening to his breaks mixes on repeat. 
So this mix is as much a tribute to him as it is to the talented artists included in it.

Showing off some exclusive housey beats for KALTBLUT tonight is the master of dirty floor-stompers, Ant LaRock. Ant LaRock's first single was picked up by Todd Terry's InHouse Records, propelling him amongst House royalty. After several releases, 2015 brought major label remixes for the likes of Giorgio Moroder's pairing with Kyle Minogue on "Right Here Right Now" and future pop icon Petite Meller's "Babylove". Ant's contributions helped both singles land heavily on Billboard Dance charts as n as on dance floors. Later that year Ant produced a dirty floor-stomper for Charlotte Devaney's collaboration with Snoop Dogg on Vigin/EMI.An April 2015 collaboration with his mentor, Todd "the God" himself, welcomed the Ministry of Sound release of "Back Around" followed by the subsequent remix EP on Inhouse.  2016 started off with a bang for Ant with a fresh EP on the venerable Nervous Records. He quickly follows up in the summer and fall of 2016 with EP’s releasing on InHouse, Brobot, Drop Ready and again on Nervous Records. Constantly innovating, bending genres and refining, Ant LaRock demands attention.
