Audiofly return to their beloved Supernature after a hiatus of over two years following their last EP on Get physical. With a hectic worldwide touring schedule and the completion of their debut Flying Circus Ibiza residency @ Sankeys, studio time was scarce for the boys.  In the few weeks they had back home in Barcelona, Anthony and Luca put their heart and soul into the creation of the Excuse My Wilderness EP. A process that took over 6 months to complete. This two part EP from Headless Ghost, as he continues to release on Tamed Musiq, is made up of 2 remixes of original Headless Ghost tracks 'The Journey' and 'Never-ending story' originally released on STHLM audio back in 2009.

The first remix comes courtesy of Gerd under his NY Stomp Alias. The track is a club ready homage to Ripperton’s The Journey. It is an infectious shaking up of the original that bubbles with energy.

Rising Detroit star North Lake takes control of the B side with a remix of Ripperton’s ‘Neverending Story’. This track grows in momentum throughout the seven minutes. North Lake is building on the original track, adding more layers and complexity. With the introduction of melodic piano chords the track is an uplifting remix of a smooth and accomplished tune.

Both remixes are subtle re-interpretations of Headless Ghost tracks, this subtlety is testimony to the quality of the originals.

Forceful, industrial and acidic, Kamera’s ‘Consignia’, taken from his EP ‘Ventoux’, arrives reworked by two producers each as uncompromising as the source material. 

Truncate steps up to deliver a remix that further encapsulates his precise vision of deep, raw techno. Choosing to boldly strip back the foundations of the original track, his powerful rework performs subtle but precise surgery, creating a tense masterpiece of sustain and release, enveloping the dancefloor in thunderous claps and jittering rave samples.

Meanwhile, the so far elusive Yaleesa Hall is tapped for an offbeat, dub version of Consignia, twisting the track into something altogether darker and stranger. A muddied, dare we say filthy bassline supports a chaotic framework of unpredictable drum patterns and mechanized noise, while still maintaining a hallucinogenic groove as the track’s original elements gasp for air underneath.

"Dance for Belarus" - the first release for the Belarusian label Estetika.

The album will feature tracks from representatives from across the Belarussian electronic scene: Fitzzgerald, Schmoltz, Leap and Aslamin. Compilation was also supported by European artists: Johannes Albert(DE), Donald Dust (UK), Daniel Monaco & Futuristant (NL) and Rambal Cochet (RU).The release will be in aid of raising funds for Belarusians who were subjected to repression after the August 9th rigged elections in Belarus.

Since 2015, James Welsh’s contribution to Phantasy as Kamera has delivered a series of releases shrouded in mystery, injected with the personal energy of both a hardcore and club heritage. Two EPs, ‘Arc’ and ‘Ventoux’, set a distinct tone, with the latter complimented by head-turning remixes from artists such as George Fitzgerald, Throwing Snow, Truncate and Yaleesa Hall. Now, the key Phantasy artist emerges from the shadows under his own name, in order to continue his uncompromising musical journey.
