The Story of Kamillian Rothchild

A foundation of love for everything music began at the tender age of 3 for Mr. Rothchild. A father that cared so much for his son that he was determined to share the importance and gift that music can really be to life. Whether funk, Rhythm & Blues, or Classic Rock, the molding of the artist began to take shape in the studio.
Fast forward to 2001. The Globe Theater, Atlanta, GA. Kamillian gets his first taste of what is to become the ultimate love affair with music; his passion for electronic music, but most specifically drum and bass. Within moments of looking up at the stage at performer after performer, he realized he had one goal in mind…to be that perfomer.
Over the next 11 years, Jayk McKay a.k.a. Kamillian Rothchild has made himself a fixture on all levels in the Southeastern Electronic Music Scene; whether it be sound and lighting production, promotion, or performance, he is known and respected in all circles in EDM. But now, the drum and bass that sings through his heart is the future plan. According to Mr. Rothchild, “Hype, fame, and money aren’t the heart of my pursuit. I want to change the world and lives in it one drum beat at a time”. That humility and attitude have landed him with management and a career path that his him releasing his first artist EP in 2016. Kamillian Rothchild demands respect from his peers, the fans, and the artists and businessman that are in the business because of the dedication he has given to it before he went down the road of artist. Whether he’s hanging with DJ Lethal from Limp Bizkit, or Telemetrik from Black Sun Empire to providing lasers to and production to Sound Tribe Sector 9, to now beginning his journey into a career in furthering drum and bass, PAY ATTENTION. He is next.
