The stifled sounds of wild ocean waves;

The shell, so pretty and meek, 
An obedient shade of pearly white.

Walls smooth and cool to the touch;
The only reminder that I'm still alive. 

In the darkness, I dream of freedom, 
Reaching for the sunrise on the horizon of my insides. 

Between cramped curves and corners, 
Echoes of desperation. 

Lashing out with vengeful cries, 
Retaliation brings cracks and slivers of light. 

But then...

I withdraw back into the darkness,
Exhausted from the fight;

Finding comfort in the familiarity of the only reality I know. 

Weighted down, flesh and bones, 
I claw at my insides for a chance at real life. 

Blurs of golden red flash numbingly before my eyes
As I clamber through guts, gore, and putrid slime, 

Hands trembling, barely gripping the sunlight, 
Remnants of the blessed shell left dragging behind.

Today we celebrate the 50th chapter of our podcast and for the occasion there's a special one served for you. 10 years ago when we were still trance heads and started to discover the world of technoid sounds some albums gave an important impact on us. We got to hear this tribalistic and beautiful track called "Trance State" in a mixtape and when finding the whole album with its concept, artwork and hearing the rest of the music, it touched our souls. Something new but still familiar. After some years we were fortunate to be able to work with the author of that masterpiece for remix work and we're proud to have his contribution on Navigare Audio. 

" Dino Sabatini is a Rome-based electronic music producer, DJ and live performer known for his deep, hypnotic and ritual approach to techno. Founder of Outis Music and its cinematic offshoot Outis Opera Series, he has released acclaimed works such as Shaman’s Paths, Omonimo, Tiryns and the recent Chiron EP. Navigare 050 - Dino Sabatini

The first release in the semblk series sets an uncompromising tone for this new imprint dedicated to darker, more introspective strains of 170 bpm music. Limited to just 30 lathe-cut black label plates, encased in full artwork handmade screen-printed sleeves, this series is clearly aimed at collectors and those who cherish the tactile, raw experience of vinyl.

Kicking things off is Hungarian producer St.Iff with The Repressed Urge, a four-track exploration of the shadowy edges of drum & bass, jungle, and halfstep. The A1 title track immediately plunges into murky depths with tense atmospherics and fractured percussion. On A2, St.Iff teams up with Manchester’s Artilect for “Percival,” pushing the momentum into a brooding jungle roller laced with ghostly pads and shuffling breaks. Flip to the B side and “Hollow Out” continues the descent, stripping things back with skeletal drums and cavernous low-end pressure that feels almost ritualistic. The closing track, “Urawa,” sees St.Iff joined by Focal Point for a bleak halfstep excursion, where sparse kicks echo through dense fogs of texture, amplifying the EP’s psychological pull.

"Entrusting Flame" is a passage of eighteen embers, each one dissolving into smoke, residue, or silence. Ambient sighs, scorched drones, metallic husks, and unruly noise form a shifting architecture - part ruin, part beacon. Through Flummoxed, the fire is not contained but surrendered, it's glow uncertain, it's shape unreadable. What burns here does not end; it mutates and reveals.
