Fairground of Tears is an artistic concept run by Piotr Sledzinski. A concept that is categorised by the darker, industrial and more energetic tones of the techno genre.

Piotr has experimented with electronic music of all colours partly through his former alias and alternative electronica project Ne Plus Ultra along with an involvement in the Passive Front Records imprint. This wide ranging experience and hunt for expression ultimately leads itself to the Fairground of Tears concept and EXILED event series. The latter playing host to Melania, Operant, Violet Poison, Inhalt Der Nacht, Domenico Crisci to name a few and establishing itself as a premier and forward thinking events series. In that very same vein his own sets and productions are not bound by any specific style. Consequently an eclectic mixture of dense industrial textures and techno atmospheres as well electronic body music can be expected in his mixes.

"Contaminated Culture" is the next various artists on limited edition by Scena_731 Recordings, divided into two collections with 7 artists. The contamination comes from the different cultures of these artists who found two similar genres into the techno music and who marry for festivals line up and killer dancefloor. On the Part I on side a, we have three artists on the classic techno and deep sounds. As you will know the well-known sound of Ritzi Lee with a classic mix, Paul Birken with his unmistakable technique through modular systems, Booz equally a lover of the sound sought through spatial connections of the universe. On the Part II of the V/A on the side b, we have the B2B of Yari Greco & Karah from Rotterdam with a totally raw and edgy version for the dancefloor with a mix of raw and pounding groove. Then you will listen to Aeit, with an industrial London sound with a raw electronic synth perfect for the rave crowd and the last track signed by Jassass, an earthquake that damages you with very fast grooves and changes of industrial scenarios.

Biography:
Producer and familiar with turntables since his early teenage years, Znzl took inspiration from many genres to forge his techno.
Insatiable and eternally unsatisfied, he is always looking for new paths, creating a unique vibe, be it in intimistic venues or big warehouses. In a constant connection with the people, one will often see him jumping behind the decks, taking them on a journey from dark shamanic soundscapes to blissful moments of happiness.
Willing to help the others, he created and curated Level 32 podcasts pushing new talents to the front of the scene. He also took part in the creation and development of labels such as Wrongnotes, Messe Noire until he funded Demian Records with NN and Soundness Properties.
