Chris, you are in your best form on this podcast and calling it just like it is. No company should get away with selling us garbage at these high prices.

Every point you make is right on the money. Don’t back off and keep hammering/reporting on the terrible PF pooling/chipping saga. After enough people hear your excellent reasoning and example, maybe we will get a real resolution!
