He saw a Woman walking towards the Bar that caused him to think twice about his decision not to love again.
As he contemplated and reminisced the words of this song came into his thoughts.
I’ve been hit once or twice before but your beauty have captured my soul. Please come I want to talk with you. Please come I want to listen to you.
He remembered that his eyes had fooled him before but the beauty he was seeing has awakened his emotions and he thought he has seen a Special soul.
He knew this woman was Special. Her every move affected him specially so he entitled his song Special

These talented artists demonstrated aesthetics and musical colours, showing that Dub music does well from Roots, to Stepper, through Digital or tinged Electro and Bass Music !
