Next up is four new mixes by Lady Blacktronika herself! Starting with "Lose My Life (Off The Wall Mix)" A shimmering more housey interpretation with subtle uplifting chords which was originally going to come out Aaron Carl's label; Wallshaker before his unfortunate passing away.  (We love you Aaron...Rest in peace)

"Lose My Life (Dark Bassline Dub)" Stays close to the original but as the title suggests, adds a new bassline that turns the already stunning original into a more dark and brooding Beatdown affair.

"Never Everything (Beatdownbient Mix)". A beautiful more subtly building rendition with atmospheric flourishes and quarky rhythms. Followed up by "Never Everything (2011 Lettin’ My Egun Dance Mix)" with an equally hypnotic but moodier version that adds a touch more rhythm, synths, and vocals. 

To round off this EP, Your Only Friend deliver a mellowed out Deep House rendition in „Never Everything (Your Only Friend Remix)“.

nachdem er vor ziemlich genau einem jahr der einladung folgte, auf einer unserer veranstaltungen zu spielen, liefert carmel (@reece-walker) nun mit kfpnyx 019 einen musikalischen beitrag zu unserer mix reihe. gewohnt harmonisch mit einer warmen und groovigen note überzeugt der in leipzig lebende dj, produzent, betreiber von @rand_muzik_recordings sowie mitbetreiber der labels @bitterfeldmusik und qc records(@qualitaetskontrolle).

die kfpnyx mix serie beeinhaltet diverse stile elektronischer musik, insbesondere zackigen sowie flächigen techno, house, electro, breakbeat und ambient. einbinden möchten wir unsere residents, freunde der crew und ausgewählte gäste.

after he had followed the invitation to play at one of our events almost exactly one year ago, now carmel delivers kfpnyx 019 harmonic as usual with a warm and groovy touch. apart from that, the leipzig based dj and producer is also running rand musik recordings and co-runs the labels bitterfeld and qc records.

the kfpnyx mix series includes many sub kinds of electronic music, especially rough and melodic techno, house, electro, breakbeat and ambient. for this purpose we want to involve our residents, friends of the crew and selected guests.
