Dark Reflections

A collection of thoughts gathered through out an experience. Existence is fractal and so is my psyche. This is a glimpse of a fractured reflection of a mind that is trying to come to terms with the world both within, and around it. Through out a time where it felt as if the planet was at a standstill, I have been brought to a point in which I could find some sense of solace.

Just another killer when i pilfer souls

Do i gotta be crystal clear?
Dont mean to be cavalier,  but i be mobbin like the calvary. 

Throwing shade like a canopy
While you taking shots in the dark oh so rapidly

How i'm casually causing a calamity 
while you're left to suffer in your own reality.

Can I try and find a reason 
to keep on seeking 
something more than freedom? 

What will I become when I am beaten 
from the inside and out?
Just leave my soul inside the clouds.

Black and blue like the sky 
through out the night until the morning rises.

These are the different hues of all these bruises that line 
the skin as i'm hiding

all these feelings put within my mind.

Vast and empty I can never try to bind this vessel 
that wants to wrestle with what nestles in the heart.

As I watch the seasons change 
I'm flying through these darker days. 

The only thing thing that i crave 
is drying this rain from my face

and feeling rays from a warmer state, 

but I'm left in this stasis 
with statements staying too complacent. 

Staving off painless thoughts that would never lift the fog in my mind. 
I'm just bogged down by these feelings that don't define 

who I am. 

What I plan to be is left in the breeze.  
Do i keep moving on endlessly?

Atmosphere

A different reason to keep on seeking 
is just another way to steep the meaning 
in the life that is teeming 
with the light from the beacon that invites 
the sight; a vision of delight. 

Division is never right where it needs to be, 
unless you need to cut the greed.
Comforting another thought mustering in the creed.
Is the mind suffering? 
It's the dream that's buffering with the seed
That is coveting a different breed. 

Pulling puppet strings to push the company 
that wants the cuts to bleed.

Come and see what's on the cusp of change.
It's so deranged, that you'll want to stay in place,
but we're in range of something strange.
Anyways, it's not a race,
it's just a phase passing though a space.
Raising stakes, so you can sever states
to know your place and open gates,
so you can figure out something great.

Freedom

The night gets brighter over tea lights and fire.
what did I desire? when I let myself get played like a lyre, 

harping about the ire that burns with a passion. 
Do I need to commit to the action 

when everything comes down crashing?
Only the liars will fasten a crown 

to the fool who think he's endowed with abundance.
Never gonna learn from the encumbrance.
Lashing out at those who love it.
Earning a spot above this 

when the ashes are shoved in 
a place where no one cares to touch them. 
It was never a phase, my mind's just always running.

Lost like a maze, so this skin i'll lightly graze 
but nothing is sharper than a tongue that acts like a blade 
that slashes away at the praise.
Never amazed at these feelings that leave me stunned, 
in a daze, these thoughts have me hacking a lung up for days.

Having fun as I blaze,
watching my brain fade away 
into a higher state,
there's not much to anticipate. 

The antithesis is this person who's trynna spit 
poison into a written script.
Just too poignant to get a grip 

It's annoying that I gotta lift 
myself up.

Tough luck, just gotta sift through these quips 
to adjust the stance I am in, just to keep on dancing again.
