Playing at the boutique festival "Trybe Aura" on a private island by Phuket, right at the peak at 3:00 as we were joined by the "Kolour Phuket" festival goers for the real afterparty. Starting off with high energy (outer spheres) and slowly taking the crowd to their inner tribal core to get them ready for the final sunrise set.

Playing at the party "Ripe 2 Rave" organized by our collective @papaya.sound at Coin Coin, Zurich. Taking up the energy from the previous DJ Gilles, slowing it down a little only pump it up again with my peak being "Amore by Augusto Yepes & Calussa" transitioning to "Mi Amore by Cloonee" all with Latin rhythms and recognizable trumpet motifs. The set becomes darker and more tribal, concluding with a surprise track.

After a great success of our "Forbidden Fruits"-Party in 2022, we hosted the second edition one year later, again ahead of the festival Wonderfruit. Together with the DJs Beetkat (US), Dr. Faust (IN), DJ Doubledee (NL) we dropped both fresh & dirty sounds with a view over Bangkok's skyline.

Schneiderei Club took over Tanzstube, Hive Club's top-level dance floor, together with the collectives "Host & Sound" and "Papaya Sound". Papaya Papis, Kaptain and David Jack, combine high-energy Afro House with fast-paced Melodic House. Kaptain started off with different medium-BPM tracks drawing their energy from unexpected beat drops and deep percussions, while David Jack added energy through increasing BPMs, distinct high-hats and almost ethereal undertones.

Playing at my birthday festival "Hedon Chapter 1 - Dragons' Rêverie" on the island of Brač in Croatia June 9th. The festival was embedded in a bigger story of the Hedon Community coming together for the first challenge, the Dragons' Rêverie, where an Eastern and Western dragon reconcile to form harmony. My set tells my musical story of dancy Afro House with influences from Elif, Myle and Fundi, foreboding to a next chapter in Latin America with even dancier Latin House.

Inspired by DJ Matija's style and ordered by the cult leader, Dr. Bananas, I encapsulated and explored a "forbidden funk" main part (from around 0:28:00) of the set with an intro that is true to the style I am known for and with an outro alluding to recent memorable experiences at Goat Portugal and Hedon Croatia.
