Nuclear Digital Transistor's latest EP, 'GHOST PAIN,' marks a significant evolution for the Bogotá-based new wave and post-punk band. Departing from their electronic club music roots, the band forges a captivating, band-centric sound that harkens back to classic radio while maintaining their signature avant-garde essence. The three-track EP delves into profound themes and emotions, offering a transformative musical journey.

The opening track, 'Ghost Pain,' sets the tone by exploring the profound sensation of loss, akin to the feeling of a missing part after an amputation. Here, the band skillfully weaves a narrative that delves into the spiritual and emotional experience of losing an intrinsic part of oneself. The music encapsulates a haunting resonance, mirroring the emotional vacuum one experiences when a part of their identity is severed.

Following suit, 'Darkmode' ventures into the desolation of the human experience—far from home and disconnected from the world, cloaked in the shadows of the soul. The track evokes a poignant sense of isolation and introspection, delving into the abyss of solitary thoughts and emotions.

The EP culminates with 'Replicas,' a track that serves as a metaphorical journey. 'Forever Yeah!' EP by Kubebe & Apollon Telefax on Kaputt.wav is a thrilling sonic journey through the realms of trance, house breaks, and acid. Hailing from the European scene, the emerging artists showcase their prowess with influences that echo in each track. The EP kicks off with the titular track, 'Forever Yeah!' - a trance-inducing house dance that seamlessly blends synthesizer stabs, a relentless bassline, and mysterious whispers. It's a definite standout that sets the tone for the entire EP. 

'Choki Choki,' the second track, takes a different turn by lowering the BPMs, leading the listener on a trippy dance around in the woods, among cowbells and beautifully crafted synth ledas. The track creates a unique atmosphere, offering a refreshing contrast to the high-energy opener. 
The third track, 'Gluten Tag,' promises to set dance floors around the world ablaze. Its pulsating beats and infectious rhythm make it a potential anthem for dance enthusiasts. 

The EP also features two mega remixes from some of the hottest artists of the moment. Romain FX, with his already famed and unique style, adds a dirty twist to 'Forever Yeah!' while Fernanda Arrau, a rising star from South America, goes full house in her remix of 'Gluten Tag.'

For our next installment we welcome back to the label Tel Aviv born Mishell, who previously remixed our dear friend Mufti and who now comes back with a full release next to Berlin resident Radial Gaze, to merge intrinsic sounds, psychedelia and groove to fill us up with 2 robust dance tracks. 

Last Night the homonymous track opens up the EP with a driven and transonic form to lift up the floor to deep inner stages in which through percussion characteristic of Radial Gaze and syncopated baselines giving its Mishell touch deliver a dance difficult to resist. Oval Shade (303 Version) gives us a deep and detailed experience through every synth, percussion, snare, tom, and driven acid line which empowers this robust dance. 

To complete the dance realm on this one, this EP showcases another two extremely hot artist to have their take as remixers and to welcome us to their kingdom. Kimshies, duo from France, take Last Night and put a twist on it through a compulsive arpeggio which mutates over and over through its hypnotic voices, cowbells and dissonance, and edgy take. And to put the cherry on the top, another new face on the label but already familiar in the dance scene, Sobek, from Budapest, gives a gamble on Oval Shade which comes as a guest on the EP and through 6:12 minutes takes us on a trip, difficult to resist, and invites us to withhold and release in an ever increasing dance.

From the vaults of the underground, label homies Nuclear Digital Transistor come back for more with the new EP “DISCOS CASSETTES”.In this new “entrega” the duo from Bogotá, showcases their dubbest and cacophonous work to date. 

The homonymous first track stretches the tights between indie and electro with a monotonous tight analogue bassline strong enough to blend between discordant synthesizers, distorted vocals and noise. Beautiful entrance to a night rave. 

Rotos, the second instance, begins with an already characteristic polyrhythmic bass driving us through space while chanting the mantra “Rotos, estamos rotos” in the look for spiritual revival through an acid lead. Leather heater. 

The last track of the EP surprises not only for being a twist of the original mix but for giving the EP a band track with more lyrics, new synths and a breakbeat that lasts 2:44. 

There is no stop for NDT and this EP is a clear way forward for what’s yet to come.

Having previously released the mega bomb “The Snitch” back in 2021 along Local Suicide. The Argentinian born / mexican based psychedelic genius, Thomass Jackson, comes back to release a full EP titled “Anxiety Division” with 3 massive pseudo electro eclectic ultra dance tracks and a super bonus along bandmate and master producer Theus Mago.

The first track Anxiety Division sets the tone of the EP and through an ever evolving motif begins the dancefloor conversation in Thomass’s rhetoric. Followed by “Drugs Must Work”, a forceful dance track for the divided self which naturally leads to “Rivothriller’s” will for control and rounds up this profound conversation. The cherry on top comes with the fusion of the Argentinian and Mexican powers that gives birth to the irresistible “Il Fuoco”.

With these 4 heavy cuts in Thomass unique transduction, we are sure the dancefloor is safe.

Super Cluster is the new EP of the leather jackets duo Nuclear Digital Transistor, which shares a taste of what's will be the sound of their sophomore album coming up in late 2022. 
In Super Cluster their already characteristic sound of the New Wave cross paths with hypnotic voices, detuned keys, and distorted guitars and synths which gives birth to what we may call New Rave among the gotham sound that they've been maturing with every release.

Alvaro Cabana, long time established producer and Rotten City Records founder teams up with latin american artist Balam, Mijo, Fargo Deviati, Julian Sanza & LaFrench Toast to present  his Psicoactive EP on Kaputt.wav.

Affaire Tropical made with Argentinian mastermind Balam, blends the strident rhythm and synths of Alvaro with the melting  trippiness of Balam, followed by Fargo Devianti, up and coming producer from Mexico which has already done a name by himself while also counting with Mijo who coined the name od Tech Mex long time ago, Ritual De Lo Habitual it’s just what anyone could expect, a peak hour transient trance. Slowing down a bit, Alvaro Cabana & Julian Sanza, which are already known in Kaputt.wav as a winning team showcases in Second Hand Mirrors why. And last but now least, Alvaro teams up with a long time DJ and producer from Colombia called LaFrench Toast with “Mazmorra” a driven, synthfreak anthem for the dance room.

Los Eclipses the new project of Dan Solo and Eva de Marce acquires the perfect balance between the Mexican alternative production style with the French influenced essence of the indie scene. Anaconda, their new release which comes to see the light in the Colombian electronic label Kaputt.wav shakes the floor and rumbles into the club scene. 

Spanish vocals which evoques a sense of sensuality and mysticism combined with trance-inducing percussion and synths drives to a dream state dance around the hypnotic Anaconda.

Last but not least, remix duties comes from Lithuanian punk prince Roe Deers which takes this club track even further while also Ubaruh, the Brazilian duo mysterious duo give it a disco twist grooving the baseline and the dance floor.

Born in quarantine when nature sounded much louder than usual, VozTerra a local non-profit organization invited people to listen to nature in 'Sounds from your window'. People in Colombia and around the world took the opportunity of the isolation to listen and record ths sounds of nature. The material, together with soundscapes previously recorded in the Van der Hammen Reserve and in the La Conejera Wetland, in Bogotá, were given to DJs from the electronic music scene to create musical pieces which are now part of the ‘Reserva/Voz Terra’ compilation.
The alliance of Kaputt.wav, VozTerra and the Museum for the United Nations - UN Live, is the compilation of unconventional actions that musicians and people from all over the world took to express their interest in caring for nature with the hope of inspiring people to take action to care for biodiversity and mitigate climate change.
