Mexican producer Verum Grimoire releases a new EP on Inflect Records, featuring three original tracks and a remix by Italian producer Alberto Melloni. 'Redeemer & Destroyer' opens the EP with a dark and ominous soundscape, followed by the unique addition of guitar riffs in 'Renaissance'. The title track 'Ascension' takes listeners on a celestial journey, building to an explosion of energy and euphoria. On the brink of the apocalypse, a surreal scene unfolds under glowing neon lights. People are gathered, not in panic, but in a vibrant celebration of the moment. They sip on mysterious, vivid drinks, each a concoction of the unknown. The air hums with the rhythm of cosmic disco, a soundtrack that seems to defy the imminent doom. 
This is Karassimeon's APOCALYDISCO, the Glitter part of the project.

Apocalydisco

In a world flipped on its head, reality is like a funhouse mirror, twisted and grotesque. Truth isn’t just dead—it’s been mutilated, buried, and replaced with something darker. War is the new peace, and freedom? It’s just a leash you’re taught to love. Words don’t mean what they used to. Hell, they don’t mean anything at all. This isn’t chaos—it’s a masterpiece of control, where language is the knife that cuts deeper than any wound.

But here’s the kicker: beneath this carnival of lies, there’s something even uglier. The language, the doublespeak, it’s not just there to mess with your head. It’s the mask hiding the real monster. Most people are too far gone, their minds too dulled to see it. But a few—just a few—are starting to feel it. Like a bad itch under the skin. They’re beginning to wonder if the confusion is the point, or if it’s just the curtain hiding something worse. But there’s something stronger than the lies—a force that’s hardwired into the human condition. It’s that deep, primal urge to connect, to come together when everything’s falling apart.

And yet, in the middle of this twisted game, there’s a spark—small, fragile, but real. Those few who see through the lies aren’t just waking up. They’re finding each other, drawn together by the same instinct that drives us all—to survive, to protect, to hope. Together, they’re not just pawns. They’re a force pushing back against the darkness. And in that unity, there’s a glimmer of hope that the game isn’t over. The strings that control them can be cut, the puppet show brought down. And when it does, the world might just find its way back to something real—a place where truth and connection are the foundation of something worth fighting for.

Exclusive Zoé Zoe 'My Personal (Dulcinea Del Topos)'

After Dominik Marz's & David Koch's four tracker on Huntleys + Palmers' sub-label Belters it's about time to release another belly dance belter, which steps out of the 'Ghost Trance's shadow. Zoé Zoe's new EP, Belters022, does just that and contains four exquisite takes the (dance) floors and DJs have been eager to play/ hear for a moment. Since 'Kalista' has been featured on the label's Dekmantel podcasts a while back and already caused some stir amongst the scene, the EP did not seem to be ready for its immediate release until 'My Personal (Dulcinea Del Topos)' arrived. The disco-ish cut is the kind of track that spreads those ' instant moments of love' on the floor, the good vibes everyone's ready to hear after having rocked off the your dancing shoes' sole. 'My Personal (Dulcinea Del Topos)' basically unites all the ingredients that are needed to move your waistline once more to the bass line; a basic loop with few pads make up the track's backbone and is enriched with several further synths and vocals as wells as short 'filter'-rides that turn the track from the Lithuanian producer to a continuous blissful ride into the (end of the) night. 

Zoé Zoe's EP 'Zoé Zoe' will be released on Belters on November 29th, 2019.
