Shine In Your Lies feat. Afroditi_K

Karatech – Dominik Brun was born and raised in Switzerland. At the age of 14 he begins to discover the power of electronic music. His restless spirit leads him quickly to compose his own music, influenced by the techno, electro and EBM sounds of the time.
In 1999 he starts collaborating with the underground party label “Pharmakon” and organizes electro parties in secret clubs of Zurich and other cities of Switzerland where he performs as live act.
In his twenties, he completed his first album titled “Der Tatendrang des Datenstrangs”. Composed with the software ReBirth and introduced with live acts all over Switzerland. 
Turning back to hardware he composed his second album XAOS entirely on the Elektron Monomachine. In a time where electronic music became overproduced, he wanted to show what is possible with only the 6 tracks provided by the Monomachine sequencer, resulting in a powerful concept album on the unique sounds of the synthesizer.
After a few years, he comes back dynamically with his third album called “ΔΕΟΣ” influenced by the strong rhythms of Athens, Greece where he lived and worked at that time. 
The album was released together with a recording of his live project “Lebenssequenzen”, composed with Ableton Live and the Elektron Monomachine. 
Continuously working and evolving his live sets, Karatech composes electronic sounds with roots in dark electro and techno. Hypnotic and direct parts alternate with shimmering melody elements, all combined with subtracted danceable beats.
