Project KT (Knowledge Transfer) is the solo vision of Kareem Tyler—a multidimensional artist navigating the limits of the physical realm through immersive, genre-blending sound. Fusing progressive rock, symphonic fusion, post-punk ambience, and metallic catharsis, Project KT crafts cinematic soundscapes led by violin, orchestral depth, and raw poetic tension.

After a life-altering accident caused partial vocal cord paralysis and ended his ability to play piano, Kareem rebuilt his artistry through digital composition and visual design—transforming personal trauma into transcendent expression.

That rebirth came to life in Echoes of the Void (2025), a symphonic progressive metal epic charting entropy, solitude, and rebirth across expansive movements. Its companion, Beyond the Void, reimagined the work as a cinematic and orchestral odyssey, featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Valeria Rusnak, whose operatic vocals added radiant contrast to Kareem’s baritone foundation. Together, they forged a dialogue of shadow and light, entropy and grace.

Though Project KT remains firmly Kareem’s vision—writing, producing, and shaping every detail—he is actively seeking a female vocalist to further embody its still-untold emotional core. With an evolving presence on Instagram, BandLab, and SoundCloud, Project KT continues to weave cross-medium narratives that fuse sound, image, and meaning.
