A prominent name in New York City’s local scene, rising talent Saint Velez has been making strides with his blends of deeply immersive, high-octane techno.

Born and raised in Queens, NY, Saint Velez discovered his liking for dance music at an early age. He spent his teenage years exploring the underground clubbing scene, attending happy hardcore and trance music events throughout the city. 

Eventually inspired to make music of his own, Saint Velez began his music production journey over a decade ago and has spent his time since then developing his sound, releasing a slew of tracks, and performing at clubs such as Avant Gardner and H0l0.

Notable productions from Saint Velez include his full length album “Warehouse Poetry” along with multiple EP’s like Load of my Mind and Cigarette cuts. To kick off 2023, he celebrates his latest release “Innerpeace” on T78’s Auektone Records. The 3-track EP brings a familiar yet diverse sound that Saint Velez is known for.

Presently, Saint Velez is gearing up for his debut at Elsewhere in Brooklyn on February 4th, 2023.

Roger Lavelle at The Midnight Project

Franco is a Croatian DJ steadily making his way through the European electronic scene, splitting his time between Cork, Ireland and Valencia, Spain. His passion for music began on the island of Pag, where in 2024 he reached a milestone performing at the world-renowned Sonus Festival.
Currently diving deeper into peak-time techno with psytrance influences, Franco is focused on developing a unique sound that captures intensity, drive, and atmosphere. His sets have taken him to Valencia’s Miniclub, Basel, Switzerland, and to stages with the respected Ketchup organisation. Most recently, he performed at the Disconnect party, supporting rising Brazilian DJ HNGT.
With his style evolving and new opportunities opening, Franco is entering an exciting chapter in his journey, building a presence that’s starting to resonate across the MUSIC scene.

Based in Washington, DC, TonalTheory is a dynamic, self-taught producer/DJ duo that blends hard-hitting, percussive techno with melodic elements drawn from their classical backgrounds. Their immersive sound pushes the boundaries of hard techno, balancing aggression with a softer, more nuanced approach that captivates audiences. Their innovative productions have been released on industry-leading labels such as Expel Your Demons, Divine Intervention, Say What? Records, SINDEX, and Ōtomo. In 2021, TonalTheory founded their label, Undertone, driven by a passion for supporting emerging artists. Since its inception, the label has provided 21 U.S.-based producers with their first release, establishing Undertone as a platform for boundary-pushing techno. Their signature high-energy label nights have become a staple in the DC underground scene, and through collaborations with leading venues and promoters, they have nurtured the local techno community while consistently elevating the talent around them.

TonalTheory’s impact extends far beyond Washington, DC, as they’ve headlined shows across North America, Europe, and Asia, delivering their relentless techno sound to fans worldwide. Their long-standing residencies at iconic venues like Soundcheck, Echostage, Flash DC, and The Owl Room, as well as performances at warehouse events hosted by promoters like 6AM, TechnoFamLA, and Twisted Lines, showcase their unstoppable energy and dedication to pushing the boundaries of techno on a global scale.
