"Moonstone" is a song which takes inspiration from the "Twilight" saga, with a lyrical nod to the love story of Bella and Edward.

Moonstone is an opalescent stone from the feldspar family of minerals. It can appear colorless as well as peach, pink, green, gray, yellow, brown, and blue. Moonstone signifies balance, relaxation, feminine energy, love, and fertility.

Kim is my ride or die￼, and has been my Sunshine for 20 years! When I first started my music career I didn’t have enough material for a two hour show, and we would split gigs in the Rhode Island area.

When I asked Tracie to sing with me I asked her to pick a song, she chose Calling All Angels by Jane Siberry (& KD Lang)

I’d never heard this one before so I would play it in the car to learn it, and I’d come home from work with my face covered in tears because this song really moved (destroyed) me. 

The holidays are beautiful because they make us think of family , but Holidays also hold up a magnifying glass to the family dynamic, whatever it is , and along with all those beautiful new babies, there’s also people missing that will never be there again. 

To me this song was more of a fever prayer than just a song,￼

And you can call on an angel, or a higher power, or just lean into a song to help get you through.￼
