He is 19 and an up and coming producer, he's been mixing for a few years now as well and looking for my first event that I can play at soon. He is from Scotland and have been mixing with the likes of D4N La Maison and Always 8:15. This track is inspired from producers such as Faster Horses and Hadone.

MOTZ Exclusive: Karila - Walking Through A Celestial [FREE DL]

Charlie Rodgers (@karila_gla) is a young producer and DJ currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. He started mixing in 2020 during lockdown and has been producing for a year now. Since his first track, Walking Through a Celestial, which was released in October 2022 on Motz Berlin, he has now been working on many other tracks trying to find his sound, as well as making lots of mixes. Going into 2023, he’s looking to play at his first event in Scotland, however there is something planned around April time that has yet to be announced. Karila has always had a passion for music and only recently things have started happening for him. Karila has also started to learn to mix on vinyl at a bar local to him which has been enjoyable. In the future, you can expect some more music from karila and with more mixes on the way, you can look forward to some groovy techno and trance/psytrance.

Karila has also started to learn playing on vinyl at a bar local to him which has been enjoyable. In the future, you can expect Karila’s EP to be full of high energy and with more mixes on the way, you can expect some to be groovy techno and trance/psytrance. Ça galope!
