Furn El Shebbak - Game (2011)

Must have recorder that track initially in 2006/2007. With my Acoustic Cort LE Earth series and an AKG Condenser B4000C, added the solo on top with the same configuration. Around 2008 I was fooling around with a Pete Cornish pedal borrowed from a friend and plugged it through a line6 Spider one from my custom Yamaha guitar. I loved the lead sound so much that I extended the track and kept both versions. Too bad I had to give back that awesome Cornish pedal it makes wonders :)

Mark My Notes

A jam night with Ibrahim Nassar on Drums, Elias Francis on Bass, and I (on guitars eventually). The actual jam goes for more than 2 hours and a half, but I decided to post only that part just cause I feel like it. It's almost 11 minutes so hold tight... :) 

Recorder using an AKG B4000C and a beta91 for capting the drum's Kick.

This is the solo of the song "Nature War" from The Arcane's debut album "Birth From Division". Recorded in 2003, released in end of 2004/ start of 2005. 

This was recorded with my "1997" guitar ( i guess it had an active circuit) through a line6 spider I.

Recorded with a Hohner ES-335 (It's not a metal guitar, but it did a pretty awesome job) through a POD XT -> to the PC 
The rest was written in Reason, as for most of the VSTs a very special thanks goes to Mr. Edmond Khabbouth for replacing the samples into far better ones! 
Track cuts at the end since it's a loop for the game. :)

Sinking In The Sand

Another track for the fighting stage of the M3M game, not a perfect lead part but I preferred to keep it somewhat out of sync in some places since all the rest is mechanically in time. Again I used the Hohner ES-335 on this one (yes, it's my work guitar), strings were somewhat old and the neck needed some adjustment, thus some un-perfectly pitched notes, but i kept it cause i felt it created some tension accidentally (alright, i didn't want to change strings and fix the neck back then!) Connected through a POD XT.

A Camel's Road

Born in Beirut, Lebanon in September 1983. I started playing the guitar at the age of 13. Influenced foremost by Rock and Metal and by all sounds created by the universe.
There is not one guitarist that has not left a tonestamp in me. But yet again those I would proudly name as my influences are: Mattias IA Eklundh, Ron 'Bumblefoot Thal', John Petrucci, Shawn Lane, Jason Becker, Django Reindheart, Buckethead, Chris Oliva, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, David Guilmore, Andy Timmons and last but not least Van Halen.
I played guitar with The Arcane of which I had been a member since 1999 till 2012. Released 2 albums with them: "Birth From Division" 2004, and "Rivers of Endless Sorrow" 2010.  We had toured a lot locally since our early debut. 
I also record sessions for studios, be it jingles or do guest appearances with various artist.
Played with many pub bands locally and sometimes abroad, met amazing musicians and tend to meet even more.
Was a guest artist and gear demo dude at the local MTV station in the summer of 2010.
Former 3D Artist and sound &amp; music technician at Digipen/AKE I was responsible for creating 3D art assets for games in addition to music &amp; SFX for all the applications and games. 
Currently Partner at Wixel Studios, I work with game programming, 3D character creation and animation, and game music.
I studied Computer Science (Concentrated in Computer Graphics and Animation) at NDU, and hold a Diploma in Advanced Character Animation, from Animation Mentor in California.
I am also working on my solo project/CD that as you may know may take so long to get out, that's why I post tracks, bits and pieces of my work over here.
