A self-soothe meditation during the covid lockdown that draws on the natural elements - particularly of the stars and night sky - for comfort.  Warning: a little bit cosmic for those who are uncomfortable with that. :)

Ideally this meditation is done outside.  It's focuses in on this time of covid as opportunity to take stock and take time to heal our bodies, heal ourselves, reconnect to nature and heal our earth.

Disclaimer: This was recorded outside and has a few outside sound interruptions (including one from a three year old wanting more rice cakes lol).
