pure classical guitar recording in one piece from a studio I built in the last 7 months. No cuts, almost no post processing... this is the style I have developed over the last 14 years and after some years I realized that an ukranian pianist named Lubomyr Melnyk did something similar and called it "continuous music" and I think he is looking for a kindred feeling by playing these cascades of sound on the piano, rather guided by feeling than notation - it gives my soul a glimpse of peace that nothing else can ... thank you for giving it a moment from your life

Taganasin - from the BSides of Sojourn that I have just released on Bandcamp - a pure classical guitar recording in one piece from a studio I built in the last 7 months. No cuts, almost no post processing... one of the most impactful moments musically was hearing Balalaika by the ukranian composer Stephan Rak, a Balalaika Orchestra for one guitar, dedicated to the fall of the berlin wall and Michael Gorbachev - this piece of music flooded me with love like nothing before... it started so fragile and conjured such epic feelings of freedom and bittersweet beauty .... now this here is the style I have developed through all influences and a lot of work on my own ways of playing over the last 14 years and after some years I realized that an ukranian pianist named Lubomyr Melnyk did something similar on the piano and called it "continuous music" and I think he is looking for a very kindred feeling by playing these cascades of sound - well, it gives my soul a sense of peace that nothing else can ... thank you for giving it a moment from your life!!!
