A short set I recorded a week ago for a few close friends in the comfort of my cave. Went through some Rominimal, some deep techno, some old school housey stuff towards the end. 

The power went out that night in my neighbourhood. The set, and the speaker powered through my inverter backup was all we had. No lights, no internet, just locked into the zone.

We proudly present the second guest of the TRANSFORMA Mix series, IAMEA, project by Mariam Kvirikashvili, based in Georgia, known for their emotionally charged DJ sets and specific mixing style. Their artistic journey began in 2018, and in 2020, they started to perform in various clubs and venues in Tbilisi. As a record collector and member of Vodkast Records, have a particular affection for turntables. IAMEA devotes significant time to social activism and advocates for the significance of nurturing and educating young talents in the music scene. Mariam are a co-founder of the TRANSFORMA movement.

Jeena is a multidisciplinary Palestinian artist, hailing from Montreal and based in Copenhagen. Her work as a composer, sound therapist, instrumentalist, vocalist and visual artist fuse to create multidimensional sonic experiences. Her sounds draw inspiration from avant-garde and grunge music while exploring modern edges of ambience, techno and trance.

For this mix, she thoughtfully selected tracks that would transport listeners into an experiential mode. Rather than having it be a linear mix, and a steady pace, she wanted to combine every element of her world and journey as an artist from the different artists she usually enjoy playing to some of  her unreleased work. She also a sound therapist and wanted to guide listeners in and out of the mix, just like a real sound bath, but only this time, adding a little bit of spice to it.

The concept of Zságer's debut album based on the mystical fables and rituals about water. Water plays a central role in the practice of many folklore legends and myths. The songs of ’Aqua Obscura’ are inspired by the ancient Hungarian folklore and the Nordic and Pagan mythology. Zságer leads his listeners through the seven seas and hazy forest lakes with the help of mythical creatures, occult rituals and otherworldly phenomena. Dorina Takács (Дeva) also contributes to one of the album's tracks.

Timeless repetition II - AZAMI

My debut in Delhi and I had the chance to play a closing set an iconic venue Summer House cafe. Everything fell in place and it was just possibly one of the best nights of my life as a DJ. 

2 hour journey, listen and enjoy hopefully.

Through times edition part 2 finally up. 

Played an extended 3 hour set at a farm house far far away, this is a set I personally really enjoyed.

Had an opportunity to play out an impromptu 3 hour set for some close friends on a lovely rooftop. 

Started off with some warm up deep tunes and then explored the dark arts with my take on the raw and hypnotic side of Techno.
