The Knight In The Panther's Skin

Ninasupsa from Tbilisi, Georgia, one of the founders of Mutant Radio. Nina delivered her musical interpretation of the Georgian medieval epic poem written by Shota Rustaveli in 12th century – The Knight in The Panters Skin – (‘ვეფხისტყაოსანი’). This is the story about romantic love, friendship, sincerity, dedication, equality between men and women, which happens in fictional places of Arabia and India.

This month’s mix is by Region Salvaje who's based between Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Nowadays Dima is playing in a band called Argunauts. He made a mix with material from his tape collection (mainly Soviet and Italian). The main narrative of this mix is a tribute to Dmitry Vasilev who 'introduced' Dima into electronic music. 
Dmitry was a music journalist and focal point of industrial and experimental music and events in Russia, since the early 90s. He wrote a book called Viva Italia, which was the first attempt (in Russia) to systematize information about the cultural phenomenon of experimental, industrial noise, electroacoustic, avant-garde and other unusual music from Italy. The book includes information on more than 800 artists, photographs and detailed descriptions of releases. He tragically passed away 3 years ago during the filming of movie about the occult-death industrial movement in 80s. This film is now online. Watching Tinnitus gave rise to record this mix.

How does the presence or absence of light regulates our internal biological processes and moods?
Circadian rhythms are endogenous time-keeping systems that synchronize most organisms, from unicellular cyanobacterium to humans, to the external solar cycle. Since light information is the most potent synchronizing factor, biological clocks coordinate the individual’s internal physiological and biochemical processes according to light and dark cycles.
The show is divided into two sets of 1 hour and the musical selection of each DJ reflects those moments: day or night. In this episode Misonica (AT) is in charge of the first part of the program, and Diamin (CL) of the second.
