Shortly after Kastle's remix of Ellie Goulding's "My Blood" she sent over stems for her cover of Alt-J's "Tessellate". Originally only heard on his live tour this summer, it is now available after much demand. Kastle embellishes on the original by adding slapping basslines, broken 2-step percussion and his signature half-time switch up.

Returning from a highly successful European tour, Kastle is hitting the road for the rest of 2013 in America on several tour dates, including festival sets at HARD Day of the Dead, Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival and SnowGlobe Festival. Fall 2013 Club Mix

Kastle is back and has recorded a new volume of his Garage Cuts mix series for the Summer. Featuring a wide variety of underground cuts, classics, and vocal tracks. Included are three unreleased garage and 2-step tracks from Kastle, including “See U Down”, “Possibilities”, and “Material Things”. Expect to see a lot more from Kastle in 2023 as he returns to music after a brief hiatus.

Debuted on Skream's BBC Radio 1 show. Premiered on i-D Magazine. Kastle's latest single is the ice-cold 'Anything's Possible', featuring the melody-drenched vocals of London singer Lottie. A fresh, progressive and synth-filled approach to his already soulful style, the track speaks of duality and a positive mantra for the human condition.

This mix is a love story; a space romance. Inspired by the relationship of Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan and the compilation of the Voyager Golden Record. WNYC’s Radiolab did an amazing story on the whole project with a very personal interview with Ann.

“Toward the end of the summer of ‘77, NASA launched two spacecraft as part of the Voyager Interstellar Mission. On board each craft was a golden record that included, among other things, the sound of a kiss, a mother’s first words to her newborn child, music from all over the world, and greetings in 59 different languages. The spacecraft were designed to take close-up pictures of Jupiter and Saturn, then continue into the great expanse of space beyond our solar system. The records on board were meant to survive for a billion years, in the hope that some day, against enormous odds, they might cross paths with an alien civilization.” – Radiolab

After a bit of sampling I’ve chopped the interview up and spread it throughout the mix. I hope you find the story as inspiring as I have: for the human race, for our place in the universe, for all that is possible and most importantly, for love.

Kastle goes half-time on his second album single with a collaboration with Los Angeles artist, JMSN, highlighting the dynamic nature of the forthcoming album. After the immediate success of Kastle's remix of JMSN's "Alone" last year the two began to collaborate on two original pieces for Kastle's debut album. "Make You Stay" is filled with lush atmosphere, extremely catchy and brilliant vocal harmonies and what has become the voice of Kastle; the keyboard solo.
