On the back of the recent Xenophobic violence that we have experienced as a country, we felt it was necessary to upload this song for free. The song was written based on the ideals of raising the collective consciousness of us as a nation of Africans.
It is an internal quest and a song of reflection primarily because Identity among Africans continues to be in a state of crisis in the face of globalization and westernization.

The song was recited in spoken word at the Steve Biko Foundation and after that the song( in poetry form)made it onto the curriculum of Yeoville primary school and recited by the pupils as a literary project at their annual award giving ceremony.

We believe that this is an antidote to the poison and cancer manifesting in actions of hatred of each other as Africans.

The song name is "Indigenous Soundcheck"  from The Last Days Fam release of 2012, Eternal Effect.
