Jeder, der schon einmal Angst hatte, weiß, wie einem dabei zumute ist: Man fühlt sich mehr oder weniger unangenehm bedrängt, manchmal sogar fast überwältigt.
Jeder Mensch kennt das Gefühl der Angst: Sie ist ein Gefühl, das jeder ein wenig anders erlebt und mit dem jeder auf seine Weise umgeht. Zugleich gehört die Angst zum Alarm- und Abwehrsystem des Organismus, das bei Bedrohung jeder Art aktiviert wird.
Die meisten erleben die Angst als ein negatives Gefühl. Dabei ist sie nur die Gegenseite von dem, was uns wichtig ist: Nur wenn uns eine Person oder eine Sache sehr wichtig ist, können wir Angst um diese Person oder eine Sache empfinden. Es ist also ganz normal, dass man Angst hat, z.B. davor, dass die Großeltern oder – noch schlimmer fast – die Eltern sterben, dass jemand, den man gern hat, krank wird, dass das Haustier spurlos verschwindet. Vor den Augen anderer zu versagen, macht keinen guten Eindruck – kein Wunder also, dass die meisten Kinder mehr oder weniger Angst vor Klassenarbeiten haben.
Daneben birgt die Angst einen Aspekt, den man mit Nervenkitzel umschreiben kann. Wenn man einen aufregenden Film ansieht oder ein spannendes Buch liest, macht die innere Unruhe und Unsicherheit, die man dabei empfindet, den besonderen Reiz aus. Dabei wissen wir aber, dass das, was hier erzählt oder gezeigt wird, nicht uns selbst betrifft. Wir zittern nicht um unser selbst willen, wir zittern mit dem Helden und drücken die Daumen, dass alles gut ausgeht.

Here is a recording that was taken on New Year's Eve with the loving people around the Katzensprung Festival🥰 That was really a wonderful party and a very forgiving start to the new year, since my 2023 didn't really end well. Anyway, I want to look forward and with the set here I was definitely able to get in the mood for a better 2024 and now you can take part in it again🤩 Have fun with the 2 hour flight🔈🎶🙏❣️
