As part of our holistic concept every Vinyl is a unique piece of art.
Our releasing artists have the chance to paint their own cover art on a mosaic of 4x4 blank Vinyl covers, which we use as a big canvas.

You can become the owner of a small piece of art & music. The vinyls are limited and numbered. So better be fast!

After their amazing "Fail Better" release we welcome back the german hit makers for another single drop. "Burn Again" is a fantastic retro touched Indie Melodic wonder with a rolling bassline, unique vocals and a melody to dream to. Spheres and sounds that will remain in your head for a while, promise! On the flip we have a remix by Katermukke boss Dirty Doering who made the Original track more floor based, fitting better to peak time DJ sets. On “Candyflip”, the third sneak peek of his forthcoming “Trip to Sanity” album, Oliver Koletzki shifts gear and puts the pedal to the metal. The EP’s title track is pure forward momentum with its neon synth euphoria that rushes over a muscular body, generously pairing menacing bass with percussive storytelling. Next up, the arppaggio-driven “Mantra for Bora” settles somewhere between Psy-Tech and Italo, craftily working tropes of both into a climax of total dissolution. No matter the elements, one thing’s clear – Koletzki is ready to overtake. “Chasing Holes” then literally flips the candy on its head, taking off on auto-pilot, fueled by flamenco guitar licks and funky hand drums a-top a strong house groove. Within its embrace, Katermukke amalgamates a broad gamut of electronic genres, from the narcotic allure of melodic house to the pounding heartbeats of techno, from the ethereal landscapes of electronica to the infectious rhythms of indie dance, and beyond.

In the vibrant heart of Berlin’s electronic music scene, there existed a safe haven where music transcended boundaries and conventions, where every note was an invitation to explore the uncharted. This was the birthplace of Katermukke, a kaleidoscopic label conceived in 2011 by the visionary Dirty Doering and his partner Sascha Cawa!
