Sane is a piece that as I believe is not mine - it came to me through the process of meditation and self growth. It took me a year to download the lyrics from the space into this Universe. In fact they fell onto me, when I was travelling in Slovenian mountains last year. Since then the rest was just as simple as it can be with the song that falls into its place by itself.

On Polish Independence Day, I am giving you the CIAłO (pl. ciało - eng. body).

A few words to you.
CIAłO is the first song in Polish that I am releasing under the name Kat Galie. In a spontaneous gesture, we recorded it and made it available in just a few days - I admit that it is my record. Why did I decide to release this song?
I am very much moved by the current situation in Poland, and although I have not lived in this country for some time now, I experience what is happening personally. As a Polish woman, I believe that this is the time to speak up and fight for the rights, not only of women, but also of human rights and freedom of choice.
Therefore, I am joining the protest in the way possible for me.

Girls, we're together. I am proud to call myself Polish.

CIAłO

Kat Galie is an artist hailing from the Moon.

Starting her journey over three years ago, she left behind a feeling of comfort and she decided to share her music with people, busking on the streets and playing in different venues in many places around the globe, including big European cities, Australia or Asia.
 

In her creation the musician blends different styles of music, from indie rock, groove and even funky vibe to warm ambient, making this combination an interesting part of the alternative genre. By many, the music is being described as magical, cosmic.
As she refers to being a citizen of the Universe, in her writing she focuses on topics connected with humanity and understanding of our realm, comparing cognitive approach to emotional points of view. Love and nature play here very important role, often being used as connectors themselves.
