Dreams is a short prose piece, awarded silver medal in the NIFCA 2011 Literary Arts competition in Barbados, which speaks about each person's right to follow their own dreams, and the responsibility of society to nurture what each of us brings to the world that is special and unique, rather than forcing us all into some box where our aptitudes may not lay.

"Parro Shuffle: is a spoken word poem - for the Americans and others outside of Barbados not familiar with the word... a Parro is the same thing as a Junkie- or in St Lucian parlance, a Jumbie... hopefully the message needs no further explanation.
