Kathleen Heuer is an arts education advocate, digital marketing consultant and content strategist, primarily for music and arts education. Originally from Chicagoland, she lives in western Pennsylvania, where she founded local area organizations Relight the Lamp and the Norwin Area Arts Council. Married to an engineer she met in college marching band, they have two daughters who sing, play piano, recorder, trombone, string bass, and saxophone. Together, her family plays a mean version of "Heart and Soul.”
