The song is about empowerment of all kinds of people that have dreams. An anthem song for everyone that  experienced  self doubt (including the artist herself),  always been discouraged and rejected in music, but still have the strength and courage to keep going.

WHO I AM

Kathleen Farless is a (Filipino-American) singer-songwriter and a pianist known for the MASQUERADE song and her debut album of the same title. An independent solo artist who’s been active in the L.A. music scene since she started performing in 2010 at the Smokehouse Restaurant across from Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank. An accomplished songwriter in the Philippines, whose musical influences include QUEEN (Freddie Mercury), Coldplay, One Republic and broadway star Lea Salonga. Her unique and versatile musical style is displayed in each of her original songs; deep and strongly written while softened by her heartfelt vocals and a catchy melody. Described by many as “Broadway meets Coldplay” .

So, If you meet a singer-songwriter who sings her heart out while playing the piano, chances are, it's Kathleen... Bubbly, energetic, and always wearing a smile. She's a down to earth person, who is full of life on every live performances on stage, yap, that's her! You have to see it for yourself. She's simply talented.
