High School Assignment Minus One Draft One

Here's a lazy rendition of My Funny Valentine. I always thought about how weird it was that a song talking about someone who makes you laugh was written in the minor key. So I tried switching it up, singing/ playing it in the Major Key instead.

My Funny Valentine Major Key Rendition

I wrote this song because: 
1) I feel like pop-culture and the media have given us false expectations of what love is like. 
2) I also bring up a philosophical debate between free-will and determinism with the lyric, "If love's meant to be, then is love worth fighting for? So, what if we are?" Like, if we were meant specifically for someone, why would we even have to try? Or maybe we were meant to try... I don't know. Tell me what you think.

Edit: 
I write songs in a similar way to how people write diary or journal entries. So this is kind of like a blog, I suppose. I write about my thoughts and just put rhythm and music into it.
