Mezzo soprano Kathryn Findlen's collaborations place her on the forefront of contemporary repertoire, transcending the genre of classical voice through progressive repertoire programming, a range of collaborative textures and alternative venues. (The Austin Post) The mezzo made her New York debut this season singing the New York premiere of Kenneth Frazelle's "Songs in the Rear View Mirror" and joins the Austin Symphony Orchestra as soloist for the Verdi Requiem.
