A snippet of the upcoming digital release of of the original song Brown Land. As a land in crisis with the worst drought seen in Australia for a long time, farmers on the land with cattle and crops suffered the most. Many lost their savings, their house and families were torn apart. Some have never recovered. The song is a reminder of this terrible period and a show of what support we were able to give them. The original song lyrics and music are written by Kathryn Turdak, performed by Kat Angela with harmonies by Sally Estreich. Thank you to John Roy Studios for a great production. I wanted to share my stories and love doing that to music. Started with country genre and now have a  Pop,  Contemporary and rock feel.
