Director of Music, First Lady Kathy D. Horry holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Music Education with a concentration in Voice, from University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.

Well diverse in the Music Industry; recording her first gospel single at the age of nine, and first secular single at 14. It was not til age of 16 when she got her first break major break with Polygram and CBS/Sony Records; Recording 2 R&B albums, with accompanying music videos, her singles climbed the Billboard Top 20 charts.

Mrs. Horry returned to her first love (gospel music), recording six cd’s, and now serves as Minister of Music and Pianist at the Ark of Safety Christian Church; teaching music theory, ear training, conducting choirs, bands, and ensembles.
