How can we focus on all that we have versus all that we think we lack? An invitation to go within and start your own practice and see what works for you!

Wanting to be there but not here. During these times of change, it is easy for us to look back in the past and reminisce or anticipate what the future holds. Some of us may even feel that we “can not wait for 2020 to be over”. But where does that get us? In this episode, we will focus on the present moment and ways to help us be in the now.
