I went out for a walk and came back with a song about a little old lady. Her story begins by telling us about memories of the past and with the chorus referring to how much she appreciates the visit. She then explains about the changes around her and the struggle of staying the same person she always was. In the last verse she expresses her wishes for when the time comes that she is unable to make her own decisions.
