After a long hiatus, i'm really wanting to start getting back into what makes me happy. For the longest time, I really thought I didn't want to work with sound anymore. It just took a little push in the right direction, and a couple of appointed challenges to really make me remember what I want to do.

Gimme The COOP!!! Put your hands up for my homies straight out of the Chicago area, The Coop, a four piece progressive jam rock band gone slightly electronic, a superb meltdown of all things jam-tronica, straight from the heart of the midwest. Playing with the band co-headlined on multiple different shows across the country, one of which was an intimate Grassroots California wedding where only the Coop and I played, as well as having the band's drummer Jacob stand in on live drums and jam with us during an infamous night of me vs GRiZ (Splatterbox) at the now defunct yet legendary Kinetic Playground in Chicago, I was more than delighted when the band asked me to do an official remix for them. Aaaand I went kinda nuts on it. Sorry 4 everything. Enjoi.

Drumsause

So after a year and a half now, I can proudly say i'm a college student again. However, my time is given to nothing but working and schooling. It's difficult, but nobody ever said life was easy. A few months ago my title was nothing but a college drop out, but i'm back on track to getting my degree in audio engineering. This is my second chance to shine, but holy hell I forgot how hard being a functioning member of society can be. I know I can make it. I'm frickin' SparkNote!

Long story short, this track took me ages to make due to.. well.. life. I wanted to show a soothing but light hectic feel. I kinda failed when I accidentally made a small electronic salsa track. I was kinda everywhere with this, and..to be honest I didn't have a specific goal with this one. Meh. I'm just rambling now. Have a nice day everyone.

Here's another retro tribute. This time it's from my favorite SNES video game, Donkey Kong Country 2. This game has my favorite video game soundtrack ever. Not to mention the game itself is amazing as well.
