KATRE is an old Arabic word and means the drop. We, four close friends, formed the band in 2014. Since then, we experiment on the sustain of the sound, which is characteristic in the field of music we operate in. However, the distinguishing aspect of our musical approach lies in the subtle integration of the eastern tunes in Post-Metal, without being overly an "oriental" band.
