For its last release of 2023, When We Dip XYZ is proud to present a three track remix pack of Motip White’s ‘Clean the Turbines’ EP. 

Kicking things off is Atish, chopping and pitching Motip White’s vocal from ‘What Do You Want Me to Say.’ The Manjumasi label-boss complements the track with a rolling bassline, glitches hitting left, right, and centre, and the gritty bass fills from the original. 
 
Also taking on ‘What Do You Want Me to Say,’ Gespona & Djolee craft huge percussion rolls and manipulate White’s layers and textures. The two artists, who have just launched their own label ‘Rummel,’ leave room for the memorable hook halfway through, which then recedes in favour of the heavy drums. 

Third up is Meera with her take on ‘Clean the Turbines.’ Faithful to her style, which has recently been showcased on VOD and Crosstown Rebels, she opposes a subby kick with a tempest of hats & shakers, harmonically guided by a light piano. The Norwegian producer keeps on building the energy, surprisingly introducing her own vocals and an acid layer on the arp as the tune unfolds.

It's that familiar feeling of needing to act on your emotions, even though you know you probably shouldn't. And so, you find yourself waiting, observing, and simply living in the moment - for now.
This release features two unique versions of "For Now." The first remix, masterfully executed by Pied Plat, a masterful return of the Berlin-based electroacoustic live project. They draw inspiration from the rich history of house and techno sounds in Detroit. Their unique approach, honed in Karlsruhe, Germany, brings a fresh perspective to this release. The members of Pied Plat have known each other since childhood and have cultivated their passion for music together, making this remix a testament to their enduring friendship and creative synergy.
The second remix, crafted by KEENE, delves deep into the realms of melancholy. It's a testament to Keene's versatility as producers creating a track that truly captures the essence of the year's end with their outstanding productions.
Sevdavision's "For Now Remixes" is a fitting finale to Cacao Records' year of groundbreaking releases.

The latest release from Madloch's Sound Avenue finds label stalwart Subnode returning for a new EP. Hailing from Belgium, Subnode has found a way to create a personal universe by exploring electronic sounds, and ultimately finding his own place in the trend-driven state of underground dance music. Whether operating in solo capacity or alongside frequent production partner and Sound Avenue label boss Madloch; Subnode's creative vision would summon praise from a broad spectrum of electronic music tastemakers, in turn leading to a string of superlative releases with a distinctive voice all their own. Although best known for his house and techno releases, Subnode has diversified his portfolio with downtempo compositions, movie scores and a veritable smorgasbord of experimental electronica; all avenue's where he continues to stretch his creative wings. Sound Avenue and label affiliates 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds would become primary homes for Subnode, with the Belgian artist racking up fifty-three discography credits for the three imprints across a five-year stretch.

Kaudron, an international DJ and producer based in Belgium and well-known since 2005, started his career spinning vinyl records. 
He has performed at several festivals, including Extrema Outdoor, Voodoo Village, Pukkelpop, and Complex, well-supported by artists such as Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Reboot, Richy Ahmed, Bob Sinclar, Felix Da Housecat, and Nico Morano. 

His musical journey is a crossroads between Afro House, intense melodic , and a touch of techno, embracing diversity.
