Hindi na lingid sa kaalaman ng lahat ang palasak na linyang "Palaging Nanlaban-Patay" ng PNP. Sa pinatinding pasismo ng rehimen, mas ginawang lantaran ang mga pamamaslang ng mga pulisya sa mga pinaparatangang nanlaban. 

Sa Bicol, ilan lamang sa mga biktima sina Aldren Enriquez, Angelo Calimag, Ryan Hubilla, Nelly Bagasala, Nephtali Morada, at ang Guinobatan 2 na sina Jaymar Palero at Marlon Napire.

Sa porma ng sining, habambuhay nating alalahanin ang kanilang karanasan at patuloy nating sisingilin ang pahirap na si Duterte at ang mersenaryong AFP at PNP hanggang sa makamit ang tunay na hustisya.
