The Trip Report is a podcast and newsletter about the business, science, and policy developments of the evolving psychedelic field. While the main organizing theme is psychedelics, it is really about the many different domains that are converging to bring about this field and the assembly of what many believe to be a “New Paradigm” in science, medicine, and our understanding of the human experience. Our goal is to foster an educated and informed psychedelic ecosystem, and to do that, we will feature in-depth conversations with scientists, entrepreneurs, investors and stakeholders at the forefront of the psychedelic renaissance.

overall I think the drums sound too fake
- quantization loses the looseness but was too loose so fine letting it go 
- tone of the kick and snare sound like samples were triggered. Prefer much drier snare and let the e drums take over

Tunes were playing through my phone into Korg Kassilator Pro, Kaos Pad KP3 and boss RC-505 then reworked in Pro Tools. Other instruments include Micro Korg,  Nord D3, live percussion. Instruments and remixes completed in Chicago, IL. Final mix and master completed on a ferry from Belfast to Scotland.

KAVA performs psychedelic music. Since the group formed in 2010 the group has continuously developing their sound and takes a fresh approach to each recording while keeping the overall psychedelic vibe in place.

Seperations- our second 'retreat' EP. Minimalist psychedelic instrumentals all taken from weekend of improvisation during our second visit to Lakeside Melodies. Then completed after Ryan and Wilson moved from Chicago with the help of google hangout and dropbox.
Transmissions- completely recorded remotely. Electro-psych.
Prophet Bob- Coming soon. Entire album was created from an afternoon of improvisation at Gunpoint Studios in Chicago in memory of our friend Bob Popp.
