Old Religion's eerie synths and driving 303. practically assembled itself one fateful evening... was it through the hands of Kay-S and Shaman Vibes or perhaps some... dark other worldly power?

Up until this point, all mixes we have shared have been by artists who have performed at one of our nights.  We dubbed this series Modūl Mix (cataloged as MM).   

Today, we reach a bit further and start the Modūl Guest Mix series (MGM) with the man from Tampa, Kay-S.  A veteran of the Tampa, FL Drum & Bass scene, he's part of the popular monthly ANODNB and is 1/3 of Outer Vibes Music.

Kay-S is a Visual Artist, Producer, and DJ based out of Tampa Bay. Over his nearly 20-year involvement in the Drum & Bass scene in Tampa and St. Pete, his penchant for blending the dark and heavy with melodic and ethereal sounds has made him a consistently refreshing presence. Kay-S is currently a resident DJ, Designer and Promoter for A Night of Drum & Bass Tampa Bay (ANODNB) and is also 1/3 of Outer Vibes Music.

Kay-S is co-founder, DJ, and artist of the lauded Refuge Nights in St. Petersburg, Florida; a monthly Drum & Bass and Jungle night focusing on the deeper end of the genre as an authentic, thoughtfully curated, music-centric dark-room experience. He is also a resident DJ, Designer and Promoter for the collective: A Night of Drum & Bass Tampa Bay (ANODNB), a staple in the community with over a decade of producing events in the Tampa Bay area. Kay-S also hosts a monthly radio show on Subtle Radio called Underscore_.
