Hailing from London, KaYa is all about having fun, high energy and underground blends. Her sets evoke nostalgia whilst also bringing something fresh and original.

Born in the 90s, KaYa's musical expression stems from the same decade. Influenced by Chicago house, UK garage and rave culture, she looks to recreate the raw energy emanating at that time. Starting her DJ career in London's queer underground scene, KaYa pays homage to the roots of house music. Infusing her sets with a soulful authenticity she draws inspiration from the legendary DJs of Paradise Garage and the voguing culture of New York's ballroom scene.
