When we first started writing songs together we thought we’d keep it simple but found the allure of a full band sound too tempting to ignore. This song, about the destructive patterns we get locked into, is us fulfilling that original intention - just acoustic guitar, violin and vocals. On August 16th, "Korantemaa" uploaded her first original song "By the Time You've Finished Your Coffee" to her YouTube channel. I along with 600 thousand others have listened to it, and the track is just lovely.

I decided I would challenge myself, as (many of you are unaware of this) I am a drummer, to see if I could create all of the background instruments necessary to make this a full track. I beat matched the entire song (it was not on any sort of tempo) and I think I made it sound even better than it already did. Let me know what you think.
