After a pair of remixes 7 years apart, Verche now returns with a full debut and his thematic "Riptide" EP. Opening with the 2-part "Metastaze", a robust groove and sustained bassline provide the foundation for cadenced stabs and trilling synth motif to build alongside a glassy motif in a pulsating club-friendly manner. Part 2 continues the bassline theme of Part 1 as a powerfully sustained lead replaces the more subtle phrasing of its partner track. The result is a gloriously dynamic and dramatic piece. "Riptide" continues the melodic themes of the opener as a powerful groove provides the backdrop for familiar motif and driving force to make their mark. Evolving, vocal chants and white-noise infused pads add real dancefloor purpose. Changing the overall vibe, "Surreal" is typified by a chunky rhythm and syncopated bassline. A flurry of melodic elements and effects-laden pads create a bright sonic landscape as the track rises and falls with ease reaching its denouement at the 6-minute mark. The final original track sees "Northern Lights" continue with a vibrant driving character that builds easily across its 8-minute timeframe where counterpoint and carefully patterned motifs jostle for position. Fully unleashed post-breakdown, a huge kick and pulsing white-noise pads drive the track home with delicate melodies cutting through the mix in repeated phrases.

The combined pair of Luke Brancaccio & Gai Barone needs little introduction. A veteran of more than 20 releases on Bedrock plus work for Platipus and Selador stretching back over 15 years, Brancaccio is an iconic figure. Similarly, Gai Barone's 600 plus production credits for the likes of JOOF, Black Hole, Armada and his own Afterglow imprint, have sealed the Italian's place in dance music's hall of fame. First joining forces on a 2019 remix for Dear Deer, the duo's recent work for Selador, Lost & Found and Renaissance has seen them at the top of their profession. Remixing "Riptide", a chest-thudding kick and ticking percussion provides the foundation for a strongly rhythmic melody to repeat hypnotically throughout in dramatic fashion. Making superb use of the vocal phrasing of Verche's original, the remix blossoms in the second half alongside intelligent use of original components.

On the back of a pair of Particles remixes in 2021, Toronto based, Zoi, saw his talent shining through on reworks for To Ricciardi & Dope (PT) and Jayden Klight. Appearances on Flug Lab, Dream Culture and Traum, over a 5-year career, have showcased a penchant for "complex soundscapes and deep melodies", with Zoi's remix of "Riptide" displaying an array of melodic textures and laidback rhythmic foundation. Making clever use of the Verche's original components, a stripped-back interpretation allows for a floating soundscape to swell gently throughout the 5-minute piece as original production and new motifs enter the fray in the second half. The result is an ingenious and highly original new interpretation.

Miss Melera hails from Amsterdam and has been honing her craft over the last decade. She is a radio regular as well as a touring DJ who plays the finest clubs and festivals around Europe and the Americas. As well as this, she has proven her studio chops are slick and compelling and has released EPs on labels like Parquet and Einmusika before now.

Her first cut here is Magenta, a robust house roller with grumbling bass, dark atmospheres and icy hi hats rolling on top of the groove. It’s a broody back room track with lush synths that subtly uplift the whole affair and keep you locked.

Since officially stepping behind the decks in 2024, he’s been blending indie dance, techno, and tech house into vibrant, dance-driven sets designed to keep bodies moving and minds drifting. His sound has been described as “new retro,” merging nostalgic textures with modern beats to create an energetic yet immersive vibe.

Based in Atlanta but with roots in Nashville and connections across the country, Neighbor credits mentor DJs like Berth, A-Ron, Birthdae, Mike Bradley, Wild Cherry, and Alfonso Tan for shaping his journey. Whether holding down the club or teaming up with Mike Bradley for their collective “Technosexual Order” Neighbor’s mission is clear: bring people together through music, movement, and a little bit of neighborly love.

Fun fact: Before DJing, Neighbor sang bass and baritone in show choir and a cappella groups—proof that music has always been in his bones. His DJ name comes from a nickname given by his old boss, who noticed he greeted everyone like a friendly neighborhood vibe ambassador. That energy is still at the heart of every set he plays.

Based in the city of Canberra on Ngunnawal country, Australia, Kazuki has established himself as an adept DJ and electronic music producer building on a lifelong love of music.

Perfecting his skills in the outdoor festival scene, Kazuki’s enthusiasm for creating energy and atmosphere in his craft sees him as a sought-after underground DJ, performing at dusty dancefloors across his home country for more than 10 years.

A curator of music sees Kazuki as co-owner of progressive house label Late Night Music alongside Melbourne producer James Beetham, providing a globally focused platform for Australian and international artists who share their vision for deep progressive beats.

Kazuki’s studio productions and remixes have seen industry support from and played by artists including John Digweed, John 00 Fleming, Guy J, Nick Warren, Subandrio, Anthony Pappa, and Jamie Stevens, with releases on labels such as JOOF Recordings and Deepersense Music.

He’s performed at a diverse array of festivals including Babylon, Psyfari, Dragon Dreaming, Psyland, and even a solar eclipse festival in Indonesia - as well as prominent venues and parties across Australia. As well as his own top billing sets, Kazuki has played support slots for artists such as Guy J, Extrawelt, Andhim, Jamie Stevens, Kazu Kimura, Late Nite Tuff Guy, and Merkaba.
