Welcome to the 109th edition of The Midnight Project! As the sun rises on another Wednesday, it’s time to immerse ourselves in an hour of the finest techno, curated just for you. I’m thrilled to take you on this week’s sonic journey, featuring a mix of fresh beats and iconic sounds that will fuel your workouts, drives, and reflective moments.

Kicking things off, we have KBeat with his track "Ghost," setting the perfect tone for what’s to come. This track's haunting melodies and driving basslines are sure to capture your imagination from the get-go. KBeat, a rising star in the techno scene, continues to impress with his unique sound that blends dark atmospheres with pulsating rhythms.

One of the standout remixes this week is Camea’s take on Komfortrauschen’s "Helix." Camea, known for her minimalistic and deep techno style, transforms "Helix" into a mesmerizing journey through intricate beats and immersive soundscapes. Her ability to create a hypnotic atmosphere while maintaining a powerful groove makes this remix a must-listen.

I’m also excited to share my own remix of Sergio Marini and Luke’s "Whoopee," set for release on July 17th on Zoomer. Working on this track was an exhilarating experience, bringing my own touch to an already energetic and vibrant tune. I hope you feel the same rush of excitement listening to it as I did creating it. For me it was the first Fusion Festival in general, also the first time of working there at Fire Space floor. We knew that it would be a one hour slot, so we went high tempo & energy!

First, we have Monika Kruse - Latin Lovers (Joyhauser Remix). Monika Kruse is a legend in the techno community, known for her powerful sets and influential productions. Joyhauser, a rising duo from Belgium, takes her track to new heights with their remix. Their version of "Latin Lovers" is an intense journey through hard-hitting basslines and hypnotic loops, showcasing their signature sound.

Another highlight is Stagira - Busy Child (Sebastiaan Hooft Remix). It’s always a pleasure to feature my work on the show. This remix allowed me to infuse Stagira's original with my personal touch, creating a blend of energetic grooves and uplifting melodies that are perfect for the dance floor. I hope you enjoy the remix as much as I enjoyed making it.

Also featured in this episode is Belocca, a prolific producer who consistently delivers high-energy tracks that light up dance floors. His collaboration with Heerhorst, "Flipping," is a testament to his dynamic production skills and ability to craft infectious rhythms that resonate with techno enthusiasts.
