Two homeowners in the Town of Crested Butte believe they have found a loophole in the ADU rule.  Town officials disagree.  

The town will levy a $100 / day fine if Christopher David Mize (225 Butte Avenue) and John Kiltz (715 Sopris) do not come into compliance with the town's ADU rental rule.
